<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC chip-mounting device which can rapidly install an IC chip on a prescribed position of an antenna. <P>SOLUTION: The IC chip-mounting device is provided with: a pressing means 35, which is provided at the projection part 22a of a sheet guide 22 and presses an IC chip-mounted sheet 40 supported by the projection part 22a of the sheet guide 22 toward the side of an antenna-formed sheet 1a; and an ultrasonic wave generation device 36 connected to the pressing means 35.
