<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of properly controlling a surface temperature of an operation body in a data input device without using any heat source power supply for the data input device. <P>SOLUTION: A data input device 1 is provided with a surface temperature controlling heat source part 3 varying temperature on the surface of the operation body and a surface temperature sensor 4 detecting temperature on the operation body surface and outputting a detected temperature signal showing the detected temperature. An information processing device 2 is provided with a data input device heat source power supply 8, which supplies electric power to the surface temperature controlling heat source part 3, and a data input device surface temperature control part 7 controlling electric power supply to the surface temperature controlling heat source part 3 according to a temperature control signal showing a result of comparison between the detected temperature shown by the inputted detected temperature signal and a set temperature for controlling the temperature on the surface of the operation body to the set temperature.
