<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot warmer with a massage function allowing a user to easily obtain acupressure effects and massage effects anytime, and a foot warmer storing bag. <P>SOLUTION: The foot warmer 10 with the massage function comprises a container body 11 with hot water stored inside, whose upper surface is curved, and a plurality of projection members 14 projecting on the upper surface of the container body 11 at prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction of the container body 11. Each projection member 14 consists of an elastic body (a coil spring) 18 projecting on the upper surface of the container body 11, an elastic member (a bellows cover) 16 covering the elastic body (the coil spring) 18, and a permanent magnet 20 mounted on the upper surface of the elastic member (the bellows cover) 16.
