<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently culturing cells which can judge quality of a marrow liquid in an early stage after beginning culture of the marrow liquid and prevents carrying out a useless culture process. <P>SOLUTION: The method for fixing a culture schedule in culturing by sowing the marrow liquid in a culture vessel is to detect (step S22) initial colonies comprising mass of several mast cells in a certain period just after beginning the culture, judge to continue the culture or not depending on the initial colony number detected in the culture vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
