PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsating air vibrational wave generating device capable of generating hard-to-damp pulsating air vibration waves with clear air on/off, and hard to vibrate itself during generating the pulsating air vibrational waves.

SOLUTION: The pulsating air vibrational wave generating device comprises a pulsating air vibrational wave generating device body 2 having a cylindrical hollow portion R2 and two air distribution holes in the hollow portion R2 and a rotor rotatably provided in the hollow portion R2 with an outer peripheral side face S4c slidable on an inner peripheral side face S2c forming the hollow portion R2.
