PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for propagating only audio information, which attracts interest, to a user isolated acoustically in a usual state from the sound. SOLUTION: This is a useful task for people who works in loud environment, enjoys the loud environment, locates oneself in a soundproof room or cannot detect serious sound in a usual condition.
