PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut out the need to perform the troublesome operation in checking contents of information received via a network after having received the information. SOLUTION: In an information notification method, information transmitted from an information transmission apparatus via the network is received by a mobile communication terminal to notify the contents of the information to users by a notification means of the mobile communication terminal after having received the information. Time data related to the information is transmitted from the information transmission apparatus to the mobile communication terminal via the network. Next, the information received by the mobile communication terminal is stored in the mobile communication terminal and besides notification scheduled time data based on the time data received by the mobile communication terminal is also stored therein. Then, when time indicating the notification scheduled time data stored has came, the contents of the information that had been stored is notified by the notification means.
