PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent static electricity charged in an operator from being discharged into a device via a disk when the disk is inserted/discharged, and to provide the disk device which prevents an electronic component in the device or a recording area of the disk from being broken due to the electrostatic discharge, in the disk device of a slot-in system. SOLUTION: A conductive felt 25 for preventing dust and for removing the static electricity is attached to the rear side of a front bezel 3 of the disk device 1, and conductive lines 25a and 25b of the conductive felt 25 are grounded to a chassis case 2. Because the disk D passes in the contact state with the conductive felt 25, the static electricity charged in the disk D flows to the chassis case 2 via the conductive lines 25a and 25b, and is discharged to the ground part. Accordingly, the static electricity charged in the disk D can be removed, and the electronic component in the device or the recording area of the disk is prevented from being broken.
