PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid processing system of relatively high detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: The microfluid processing system has a loop, and the loop comprises at least valves, sensors, and a pump, includes the pump and the sensors, and is closed by the valves.
