摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator used compatibly for solar heat collection excellent in light convergence efficiency and infrared ray radiation efficiency, and manufactured easily and inexpensively. SOLUTION: A solar heat collector 10 is provided with a hollow boxlike casing 11 opened toward an upper side, a reflection plate unit 12 having a shape integrated arrayedly with a plurality of CPC type reflection plates 13 with an upper face serving as a reflection face, and arranged inside the casing 11, an insulation material 14 interposed between a bottom wall 11b of the casing 11 and the reflection plate unit 12, and a fluid flowing tube 15 arranged in each of the reflection plates 13 of the reflection plate unit 12 not to contact with the reflection plates 13. The insulation material 14 comprises a cellular plastic. A foaming resin is injected and formed between the bottom wall 11b of the casing 11 and the reflection plate unit 12 to form the insulation material 14 integrally on an under face of the reflection plate unit 12 and in the bottom wall 11b of the casing 11.
