PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed type compressor capable of sufficiently discharging gas-liquid separated gas by roughly restraining a gas and an oil in the closed type compressor in which it is difficult to arrest the flow of the gas by the stator and rotor portions of an electric motor. SOLUTION: This scroll compressor is formed by installing a gas impact body in the stator passage of the electric motor. The gas impact body is formed by laminating deformed laminated plates. Accordingly, the number of the times of the impact of the gas at the rotor portion of the electric motor can be increased to further increase the gas-liquid separation effect of the gas and the oil. Also, since the impact body is formed by welding a closed container to the stator from the outside of the closed container, the scroll compressor can be formed at a low cost.
