摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable engine air pressure governor mechanism capable of materializing governing of engine rotation speed stable and excellent in response without enlarging a flap and preventing stick of a throttle valve shaft. SOLUTION: The flap 31 of which base end part 31a is rotatably supported by a support shaft 30 provided on an engine main body (cylinder block 2) is arranged to oppose to a cooling air flow direction. The flap 31 is provided with a governor lever 32 formed in a V-shape as one piece and extending from the base end part of the flap 31. A tip 32a of the governor lever 32 and a throttle shaft 41 of a carburetor 40 are rockably connected by a governor rod 34. An assist plate (magnetic body) 33 opposing an outer circumference of the cooling fan 10 provided with a magnet 15 on the outer circumference is fixed on the governor lever 32.
