PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag carrying-out device corresponding to a powder filling device to rapidly fill powder at high precision, and a device for vertically moving a packaging bag loading table in the packaging bag carrying-out device. SOLUTION: The device for vertically moving a packaging bag carrying-out loading table comprises a vertically moving mechanism consisting of a first link rocked by the forward/reverse rotation of a first drive motor, a second link moved in the vertical direction with one end thereof connected to the first link, a supporting shaft connected to the other end of the second link, a third link with one end connected to the supporting shaft and the other end connected to a longitudinally moving shaft, a longitudinally moving mechanism consisting of a fourth link rocked by the forward/reverse rotation of a second drive motor, a longitudinally moving shaft connected to the fourth link, a third link moved in the longitudinal direction with one end connected to the longitudinally moving shaft, and a supporting shaft connected to the other end of the third link, and a detent mechanism to lock the supporting shaft in a non-rocking manner.
