PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform pre-charging under such a condition that a braking force must be promptly generated. SOLUTION: A dangerous timing and a dangerous site are detected by an ambient environment detecting section, such as an infrastructure information input device and a navigation device to perform pre-charging so as to promptly generate the braking force at the site. Therefore, proper pre-charging can be performed under necessary situations regardless of accelerator pedal operations by a driver.
