PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a trunk part capable of reliably preventing ingress of water by the gravity. SOLUTION: An upwardly projecting cylindrical cover member 31 is provided around a trunk arm through hole 11 in a vehicle body panel 9, and a cylindrical sealing member 30 to cover the cover member 31 from the outside is provided on a mounting bracket 13 of a trunk lid 5.
