PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating packaging film excellent in a heat insulating effect and barrier properties wherein heat transfer by radiation of infrared rays and absorption of the infrared rays are suppressed at a minimum and heat insulating properties are prevented from being deteriorated in an adhesive layer sticking together an infrared ray reflective layer consisting of a metal foil such as an aluminum foil and a protective layer consisting of an infrared ray permeable plastic film, and the protective layer. SOLUTION: The heat insulating packaging film successively laminated with at least the infrared ray reflective layer consisting of the metal foil and the protective layer consisting of the infrared ray permeable plastic film on one face of a substrate on the other face of which a sealant layer is provided, is characterized by that the adhesive layer sticking together the infrared ray reflective layer and the protective layer is formed in a pattern-like shape.
