PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operator recognize the state of the balloon of an endoscope and the balloon of an overtube. SOLUTION: The endoscope balloon controller 7 of this invention is provided with first and second pumps 32a and 32b for supplying air to the balloon 9 of the endoscope 2 for which the balloon 9 for fixation is attached to the outer peripheral part of the distal end of an insertion part 2B and the balloon 11 of the overtube 3 for which the balloon 11 for the fixation is attached to the distal end outer peripheral part and to which the endoscope 2 is inserted, and a control part 35 for operating the first and second pumps 32a and 32b and controlling pressures inside the respective balloons 9 and 11. The control part 35 controls the display of the balloon expansion / contraction display parts 18a and 18b and balloon under-operation display parts 19a and 19b of a remote controller 8 on the basis of state information detected by a state detection output part 35a for detecting the state inside the respective balloons 9 and 1.
