PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a shoe sole provided with spikes from being largely bent at an MP joint and to efficiently generate driving force on the sole. SOLUTION: The shoe sole with the spikes is integrally formed of a first resin 10 of small Young's modulus and a second resin 20 of Young's modulus larger than the one of the first resin 10, the first resin 10 is provided from the MP joint to the toe, and the second resin 20 is provided with a first belt-like part 21 and a second belt-like part 22 provided in a belt shape roughly along the first finger f1 and the fifth finger f5. The first belt-like part 21 is provided at least from the rear end of a forefoot part 2F to the part of the proximal bone head of the proximal phalanx B1 of the first finger f1, and the second belt-like part 22 is provided at least from the rear end of the forefoot part 2F to the part of the proximal bone head of the proximal phalanx B5 of the fifth finger f5.
