PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress confirming apparatus using a cellular phone which facilitates the confirmation of a state of stress using a familiar apparatus. SOLUTION: The stress confirming apparatus using the cellular phone is constituted that a body temperature sensor to sense the body temperature, a means to obtain a divisional output of a mental state divided into two or more divisions corresponding to the value of the body temperature of an output of the above sensor, and a means to perform a display corresponding to the above divisional output are disposed in the cellular phone, wherein the above divisional output of the mental state is stored in the table data and transmitted by a mail function.
