PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting tea leaves for increasing the clarity of an extracted solution. SOLUTION: This method for extracting tea leaves has a process of increasing the clarity of the extracted solution through soaking and stirring tea leaves with force of water of a shower instead of stirring wings at the time of extracting.
