<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen cartridge with a simple structure where miniaturization and lightening can be promoted and a large amount of hydrogen can be stored, and to provide an equipment equipped with the hydrogen cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen cartridge 1 is equipped with a fuel tank 20 storing a liquid fuel, a reformer 10 to generate hydrogen by reforming the liquid fuel, a hydrogen permeation device 40 to remove impurities contained in hydrogen generated at the reformer 10, a preliminary hydrogen chamber 50 to store hydrogen temporarily and a hydrogen supplying valve 60 capable of discharging hydrogen outside. These constituent components are housed in a case 70. As a large amount of hydrogen is obtained by reforming a little liquid fuel, a large amount of hydrogen can be stored and the miniaturization can be promoted. As hydrogen is not stored at a gas state, high resistance to pressure is not necessary and then its structure can be made simple.
