<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic multilayer substrate having high reliability and excellent high-frequency characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The glass ceramic multilayer substrate 1 is provided with a plurality of glass ceramic insulation layers 2 each having a deposited crystal phase based on BaO-2MgO-2SiO<SB>2</SB>and each prepared by firing a glass ceramic raw material composition comprising a glass powder comprising 20 to 40 wt.% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 30 to 60 wt.% BaO, 5 to 20 wt.% MgO, 0 to 10 wt.% ZnO, 0 to 10 wt.% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and 0 to 10 wt.% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and a ceramic powder comprising 50 to 70 wt.% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 10 to 40 wt.% BaO, 0 to 20 wt.% MgO, and 0 to 15 wt.% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and Ag conductor patterns 6 interposed between the plurality of the glass ceramic insulation layers 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
