PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal and an information display method thereof that can impart more effective information on the azimuth to the user, and an error correcting method for a terrestrial magnetism sensor that enables more precise finding of the azimuth. SOLUTION: When the information on the azimuth and a map are displayed at a display part 155, precision information, showing whether a precision decrease area where precision of a detection value of the terrestrial magnetism sensor 158 is easy to decrease, is included in an area that the map being displayed indicates is acquired from a navigation server device 402 and displayed at the display part 155.
