PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending structure of a flat cable in which, when the flat cable is bent on the identical plane in order to change the wiring direction, bending can be carried out easily without reversing the circuit at the front and back of the bending portion. SOLUTION: This is a bending structure of a flat cable in which a flat cable 1 of which a plurality of conductors are arranged in parallel on an identical plane and then, covered with an insulator is bent on the identical plane. A folded back part 6 is formed by folding back a desired portion of the flat cable 1 with the longitudinal direction of the flat cable 1 as an axis, and the bending portion 7 is formed by bending the folding back part 6 with the arrangement direction of the core wire part 4 in the folded back part 6 as the axis.
