PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and flexible method for connecting a user interface UI to basic data. SOLUTION: A binding list and priority order are proposed by performing declarative designation of one-to-many mapping of an UI element to data elements that are basic data by UI designation, and these bindings are evaluated at the time of execution. The highest priority binding that has been evaluated normally is executed, controlling the two-way transfer of information between a source and a target. During execution, all possible data binding pathways are monitored. If a binding that has a higher priority than the existing binding has been evaluated normally, the existing binding is terminated and the new binding is executed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
