PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily start a certain program by simply inserting it into the device interface part of a computer device. SOLUTION: This memory 20 with built-in program having a certain program built in is connected to a computer device 10 having an install program for installing the certain program built in a predetermined device. A false signal sending part 203b sends to the computer device 10 a false signal for the device to pretend to be a CD-ROM drive. A program transfer part 203c transfers the certain program to the computer device 10. An install control part 203c transfers the certain program to the computer device 10. The install control part 203a controls the false signal to be sent to the computer device 10 and the certain program to be transferred to the computer device 10. Using the install program that starts to operate with the false signal as a trigger, the computer device 10 installs the certain program from the memory 20 with built-in program.
