PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile type SOS dispatch system which continues transmission of information about a distress location of a deliverer so that the distress location can certainly be found reflecting actual status and flies so high in the sky that the electric wave does not be intercepted and the information certainly received by the deliverer. SOLUTION: The mobile type SOS dispatch system is comprised of a launcher device and a balloon device which is integrated with the launcher device and organized separably. The launcher device has a gas cylinder section for a balloon filled up with compressed gas of gas for balloons, an open section, and an SOS generation section which forms the SOS. The balloon device has a balloon section for fill up the gas for balloon opened in the open section and making the balloon device float, an SOS call pool section holding the SOS calls, and a communication section having a function to transmit the SOS currently held in the SOS call pool section.
