PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation device for camera photographing with which unnecessary frames, halation , front reflection, or the like having adverse effect on camera images can be reduced or cut out. SOLUTION: A lens adaptor 2 of the irradiation device for the camera is constituted of a cylindrical base cylinder 14 and a slide cylinder 15 which are mutually concentrically arranged and can be mutually slid in a lens axis direction, an adaptor screw part 22 is arranged on the circumferential part of the rear end of the base cylinder 14 to engage the adaptor screw part 22 with a filter attaching screw part of a lens part 1 of the camera 5. A light source 3 with which the front side is irradiated is circularly arranged on the circumferential part of the base cylinder 14 arranged adjacently to the adaptor screw part 22. The slide cylinder 15 is provided with a reflector 4 arranged on the front side. The reflector 4 is constituted of a first reflection part 11 that the front end of the slide cylinder has a trumpet-like expanded pipe shape and a cylindrical second reflection part 12 held on a supporting beam 13. Light from the light source 3 is reflected by the first reflection part toward the inner surface of the second reflection part, the light with which as scattered light, the subject is irradiated.
