PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure gear tooth load on all the belt pulleys teeth of the pulleys with gear tooth. SOLUTION: One of pulley teeth of a belt pulley 10, for gear tooth load measurement, is used for the pulley tooth 12 for measuring. A shaft 20 is constituted of a shaft body 21 and a fixing part 22 with a diameter larger than it. The belt pulley 10 for gear tooth load measuring is mounted on the shaft body 21 and made to abut against the fixing part 22 to attach the shaft 20. On the surface 22p abutting against the belt pulley 10 for gear tooth load measuring of the fixing part 22, a single knock pin 24 is provided. Around an axis hole 13 of the belt pulley 10 for gear tooth load measuring, knock pin fitting holes 14, corresponding to each pulley tooth position, are provided. The knock pin 24 is inserted in the knock pin fitting hole 14 and the position of the pulley gear tooth 12 for measuring is adjusted to arbitrary tooth position for measurement. By screwing an attaching screw member in a screw hole 23, the belt pulley 10 for gear tooth load measuring is fixed to the shaft 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
