PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating animal feces and urine exhibiting excellent treatment capability to the animal feces and urine, and also having high safety from a health viewpoint of a bred animal, a worker and a visitor. SOLUTION: The method for treating the animal feces and urine adds an aspergillus or malted rice to the animal feces and urine to ferment. As a result of this, a treated amount decreases by evaporating a water content with fermentation heat and also a malodor peculiar to the animal feces and urine disappears.
