PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposing apparatus with a predrying function that minimizes the influence on the garbage disposing apparatus by an outside air temperature in the case of suction of outside air at the time of the predrying. SOLUTION: This garbage disposing apparatus is provided with a treatment tank 2 to conduct the decomposition treatment, an agitation means 5 to agitate the treated material in the treatment tank 2, a heating means 6 to heat the treatment tank 2 as needed and a suction passage 8 equipped with a suction fan to communicate with the outside air, wherein an outside air temperature sensor 14 to detect the outside air is arranged.
