PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a user in excretion by evacuating the excrement efficiently in a short period of time with simple operation. SOLUTION: The excretion implement 1 has a spiral scraping blade 3 continuously disposed in the outer periphery of a slender rotation shaft 2 over the front/rear directions of the rotation shaft 2. The outer edge of the scraping blade 3 is expanded to form a round part 3a. A handle 4 for manually rotating the rotation shaft 2 is attached to the proximal end of the rotation shaft 2, and an expanded cone-shaped part 5 is formed at the distal end of the rotation shaft 2. When the excretion implement 1 is inserted into the rectum from the anus, the excrement inside the rectum is agitated by slowly rotating the handle 4, and the excrement is moved in the direction of discharging by the spiral rotation and discharged to the outside of the user's body.
