The rocker arm has an outer lever and inner lever running between its arms. A longitudinal bore hole (7) is made as a through-running hole having a smooth wall. A pin-like body is fixed on a stepped upper side of a pusher (8). The pusher has a latch like chamfer at its front side. An outer jacket of the pusher is like a smooth cylinder, which extends upto the stepped outer side and upto the chamfer.
