RESIN CURABLE WITH ACTINIC ENERGY RAY, PHOTOCURABLE/THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME, AND CURED ARTICLE OBTAINED THEREFROM

A resin curable with actinic energy rays obtained from an epoxy resin having unsaturated groups and hydroxy groups in side chains and having epoxy groups at ends by reacting an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid (c) with terminal epoxy groups of the resin and further reacting a polybasic acid anhydride (d) with hydroxy groups in the resin molecule, the epoxy resin being a product of a polyaddition reaction among: a product (I) of the reaction of a polybasic acid anhydride (a) with a compound (b) having, per molecule, at least one unsaturated double bond and one alcoholic hydroxy group; a compound (II) having at least two carboxy groups per molecule; and a bifunctional epoxy compound (III) (provided that at least either of the compound (II) having carboxy groups and the bifunctional epoxy compound (III) is a compound having no aromatic ring). Also provided is a photocurable/thermosetting resin composition containing the actinic-energy-curable resin, which is developable with an aqueous alkali solution.
