FIELD: mixed mineral-organic coatings. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for manufacturing wear-resistant decorative coating possessing optimal performance and esthetic characteristics. Method comprises introducing decorative solid transparent quartz filler via surface deposition followed by mechanically incorporating a binder into freshly deposited filler until hardening, or said filler is preliminarily mixed with said binder to create continuous surface, wherein said filler is bound with said binder. Thereafter binder is partially removed from the surface to expose particles of filler. Binder utilized is a mixed one containing at least one mineral binder and at least one polymeric binder. Quartz filler is characterized by transparency at least 20%. Distinguishing feature of invention is also that partial removal of binder from the surface is accomplished with simultaneous removal of the part of decorative layer to expose quartz filler particles. ^ EFFECT: increased wear resistance. ^ 13 cl, 5 dwg, 10 ex |
