<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the burden of registration operation to box regions by a user at the side of a data processing apparatus by efficiently registering image data duplicated into the box regions designated from one printing job. <P>SOLUTION: When an MFP 104 receives the printing job from a client computer 103, a controlling device 102-4 duplicates the image data generated by analyzing the received printing job, by a designated number on the basis of a job control command in the printing job.
