<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initial synchronization controller which can shorten a time duration to the establishment of synchronization. <P>SOLUTION: The initial synchronization controller 10 includes a reverse diffusion means 11 for performing a reverse diffusion to a received signal by using path information, a demodulation means 12 for performing demodulation processing to the output from the reverse diffusion means, a delay profile formation means 13 for forming a delay profile from the received signal, a path searching means 14 for performing path searching based on the delay profile and for outputting path selecting existence information, an initial synchronization operation control means 15 for judging the existence of the path selecting after the channel starting according to the path selecting existence information, a demodulation processing stopping control means 16 for stopping the demodulation processing in the demodulation means until the path is selected after the channel is started, and a delay profile window width control means 17 for setting the window width of the delay profile formation means at the delay profile generating time to a path searching range until the path is selected after the channel is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
