<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator molding die for a fuel cell capable of filling a molten material to every corner of each separator molding part of a cavity, in molding a plurality of separators for a fuel cell at the same time using a molten material with bad fluidity. <P>SOLUTION: In the separator molding dies for the fuel cell, by which a concave part 5 of either a fixed molding die 1 or a movable molding die 2, is insertion-coupled with a convex part 21 of the other die, and the molten material is injected and filled through a sprue part 4 in a cavity of a constant thickness formed by a die-facing part 8 around the concave part 5 of one of the dies coming in contact with a die-facing part 23 around the convex part 21 of the other die to mold the separator P1 for the fuel cell, the cavity 3 is one cavity 3 where the molten material is injected and filled through only the sprue part 4, and is provided with a plurality of separator molding parts 3b, and a surplus part 3a where the separator molding parts 3b are connected with each other and directly combined with the sprue part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
