<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reducing water of a high reducing property suitable for drinking more than the conventional reducing water by dissolving a large amount of hydrogen gas in water. <P>SOLUTION: Raw water containing mineral, such as calcium, is brought into contact with hydrogen gas under a condition where the hydrogen gas is pressurized to 2-10 atmospheres. Thereby the hydrogen gas is dissolved in the raw water, and then filled in a highly airtight container to be hermetically sealed, and sterilized by heating in this state. As the highly airtight container, a pouch (an aluminum pouch) made from a sheet material with an aluminum layer having a high shielding property against hydrogen gas can be suitably used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
