<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure the incineration treatment of waste by dividing it, to improve treatment efficiency as a whole, to reduce the influence to a burned state by variations regarding the form and quantity of the waste, to achieve a careful measure, and to perform improvement for accurately and stably obtaining complete combustion treatment. <P>SOLUTION: Incineration equipment comprises a gas generating means for electrolyzing water for separating hydrogen gas and oxygen gas for taking out; a gas supply means for separately controlling the hydrogen gas and oxygen gas for supply; and an emulsion oil manufacturing means for manufacturing emulsion oil.
