<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for screen printing readily setting the viscosity, having good preservation properties as a coating material, maintaining moderate viscosity, enhancing the productivity during printing, preventing the outflow of the ink to unnecessary sites after the separation of a plate subsequent to printing and a plate is then separated and preventing the permeation and checking the occurrence of defective products. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for screen printing is composed of a mixture of a phenol resin latex and an acrylic water-soluble thickener and obtained by dispersing acrylic resin polar molecules 2 aggregated as micelle bodies M and dispersed in dispersed particles 1 of the phenol resin latex. As one example, the acrylic resin water-soluble thickener is composed of an aqueous solution of ammonium acrylate and the hydrogen ion exponent thereof is pH6.5-8.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
