摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can adjust frequency of a dual mode band pass filter in which a 1st and a 2nd ground electrodes are arranged, placing dielectric layers up and down of a resonator electrode with high precision and delicately. SOLUTION: A resonator is composed to obtain a frequency characteristic as the band pass filter combining perpendicularly intersecting 1st and 2nd resonance modes. The resonator electrode 3 is formed in a dielectric substrate 2. When adjusting frequency of the dual mode band pass filter 1 in which the 1st and the 2nd ground electrodes 6, 7 are formed placing dielectric layers at up and down of the resonator electrode 3, the frequency is adjusted by forming a 1st and a 2nd electrode elimination parts 6c, 6d and/or a 3rd and a 4th electrode elimination parts 6e, 6f in positions opposing to a 1st, a 2nd positions and/or a 3rd, a 4th positions which are respective 2 positions where a resonance electric field becomes the strongest when the 1st and/or the 2nd resonance mode occurs in the ground electrodes 6, 7.
