PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information system making a driver of a vehicle being likely to come into an traffic circle recognize that a vehicle being likely to come into the traffic circle from another road or a vehicle traveling on a circular street is present. SOLUTION: Infrared sensors 7a-7h detecting a vehicle inside the traffic circle 1, and infrared sensors 8a-8d detecting the vehicles coming into the traffic circle 1 from the roads 3-6 are installed. Bulletin boards 9-12 having display devices 13-16 for displaying the detection when the infrared sensors 7a-7h, 8a-8d each detect the vehicle are installed in places capable of being viewed from the respective roads 3-6. Transmission devices 17-20 transmit that the infrared sensors 7a-7h, 8a-8d detect the vehicle to an onboard device of the vehicle to also display it on the display device of the vehicle.
