PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor camera system allowing relatively easy setting of mutual correspondence relation on installation sites of a monitoring device and a monitor camera. SOLUTION: The monitor camera 20 broadcast-transmits a request command to a network in response to setting operation by a user. The monitoring device 10 receives the request command via the network, and transmits a response command to the monitor camera 20 when recognizing that the request command is a request to the monitoring device 10 itself, so that the correspondence relation between the monitoring device 10 and the monitor camera 20 is set to them.
