PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically relate a document data file generated by documenting a speech data file to the original speech data file when receiving the document data file. SOLUTION: A doctor-side PC 20 generates a unique ID (GUID) for specifying a speech data file stored on a hard disk 21 by data processing software, described the GUID in an XML file while relating it to the speech data file, and adds the GUID to the file name of the speech data file, thereby transmitting the resulting speech data file to a transcribe-center-side PC 30. The transcribe-center-side PC 30 receives the generated document data file, detects the GUID similarly added to the file name of the received document data file, and collates the GUID with the GUID described in the XML file to relate the speech data file and document data file to each other.
