PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface device such that neither the interface device nor a 2nd system malfunctions even when a 1st system enters a power-saving mode. SOLUTION: Provided as the interface device 300 are a 1st FIFO memory 33 which transmits data from the 1st system 100 to the 2nd system 200, a 2nd FIFO memory 34 which transmits data from the 2nd system 200 to the 1st system, a DPRAM 35 which transmits control data between both the systems, and a gate 36 which makes deactive an input terminal connected to the 1st system; and the 1st system 100 inputs an inhibition signal to the deactive gate 36 when the power-saving mode is set, and the 1st system is fixed in a logical state indicating the power-saving mode when the 1st system side is viewed from the input side of the interface device 300.
