PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system which can be introduced even to a welfare facility at low costs, and which can be made excellent for the mental health of a person to be cared in which the occurrence of malfunction can be reduced. SOLUTION: This nurse call system is provided with a movement detection sensor 3 for detecting the movement of a human body, a nurse call terminal 4 for outputting a signal for operating a nurse call, a movement detecting device main body 2 having a control circuit 2a for, when the human body is detected by the movement detection sensor 3, making the nurse call terminal 4 output a signal for operating a nurse call and a power source 5 for supplying electricity to the movement detecting device main body 2.
