PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug/socket connector forming a connection capable of detaching between two plug elements through each short-circuited insertion. SOLUTION: First holding means 10, 16, 17 are provided between a first plug element 2 and an insertion 3. And also, second holding means 18, 19, 47, 48 are provided between the insertion 3 and a second plug element 5. The first and the second plug elements 2, 5 are connected through an insulator 3 in this way. The second plug element 5 is equipped with a sliding element 26 having lock arms 30, 31 holding the first and the second holding means at a lock position when a plug/socket connector is locked.
