PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a fine optical component having a curved surface with a fixed curvature and having high dimensional accuracy, whose manufacture is difficult in prior art. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes the steps of: forming a non-conductive film by a pattern by which a conductive base plate is partially exposed on the conductive base plate; forming an electroformed member thicker than the thickness of the non-conductive film by applying electroforming treatment to a part where the conductive base plate is exposed; and producing a molding by transferring the shape of the electroformed member to another member.
