摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for unifying the outlet temperature distribution of external fluid by a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: A communication path 6 for connecting an area near the downstream end section in a header tank 12 at the downstream side of a first heat exchange section to an area near the upstream end section in a header tank 41 at the upstream side of a fourth heat exchange section is formed in a lower tank section 4B in an evaporator in which first to fourth exchange sections are connected in series. One portion of a refrigerant whose heat exchange is completed at the first heat exchange section is guided to the fourth heat exchange section at the most downstream while the liquid-phase refrigerant is being rich without heat-exchanging at the second and third heat exchange sections via the communication path 6.
